César, originally from Galicia, grew up in Argentina and spent many years living in France, where he worked in the hospitality industry.

Passionate about local culture and cuisine, he has traveled extensively throughout Spain, notably by walking various routes of the Camino de Santiago.

​

After spending a year searching for the perfect spot, César and his sons found this beautiful stone house and gradually redesigned it with care and intention. This is how Casa Amodino was born.

​

Now back in his native region, he is eager to share his love for Galicia with his guests.​

A charming cat named Titi also keeps watch over the property.
